2# bag frozen hash browns
1 st. butter, cubed
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt & pepper, to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in a greased 1 x 9 dish. Season with salt & pepper.
n a bowl, mix onions, sour cream & soup. Pour over potatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese and place butter pats on top. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
