1 package (8 oz) cream cheese softened
1 cup sour cream
3 oz dried beef, rinsed and finely chopped
2 T. chopped green pepper
1½ T. minced onion
1 t. dried green pepper flakes ~ optional
½ t. garlic powder
Pepper to taste

Bake at 375 uncovered for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. ** I usually make in crock pot and heat until hot on low for a hour or so…

Good with Raw Vegetables or Crackers!
