10 large potatoes, peeled and chunked
1 tsp. salt
½ cup cream
½ cup butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp. onion salt
salt and pepper, to taste
white pepper, to taste
milk, to adjust consistency (if needed)
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mash cooked potatoes until smooth and creamy. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Add milk, if needed for consistency. Pour mashed potatoes in a buttered casserole dish, cool, cover and refrigerate. Remove potatoes from fridge 1 to 2 hours before reheating in the oven. Sprinkle with paprika and bake 350ºF uncovered 30-40 minutes.
