2 cups all- purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon dry yeast
2 cups warm water
ROLLS
11/3 cups warm water
1 cup sourdough starter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs well beaten
1/2 cup sugar
t teaspoon salt
6- 1/2 cups all -purpose flour
1/4 cup butter melted

STARDER
stir together in a large bow flour ,salt , and the dry yeast with a wooden spoon
gradually add water. stir until mixture resembles a smooth paste. cover with a towel set in a warm place 85. . stir several times a day to let rise store in heavy plastic container with air hole for gases to escape MUST REST OVER NIGHT .
ROLLS
dissolve yeast in 1/3 cup worm water set aside .in a larger bowl mix your starter you made first oil eggs warm water. sugar salt and 2 cups flour .stir vigorously for 1minute
stir in your yeast mix you made thin add flour enough to make it like dough cover the bowl with a cloth
set in a warm place so dough can rise let it double in size thin punch down cover with plastic wrap Refrigerate overnight thin take out dough and roll in little 1/2 in balls place on a baking sheet brush with butter pre heat oven to 400 bake rolls for 12 to 15 mins or till browned
