2 cups biscuit mix
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup white cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
1cup buttermilk
2 eggs lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
combine the first five ingredients in a mixing bowl.
scald butter and buttermilk add dry ingredients
mix in eggs pour into a greased 9-in cast-iron skillet
pre heat oven to350.. bake for 30 minutes
