1 1/2 cups graham crumbs
3 Tb sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted

4- 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
1cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325

Mix graham crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into 9 springform pan.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, on low speed just until each is blended.
Pour over crust.

Bake for 55 minutes or until center is almost set.

Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake.

Cool before removing the springform pan rim.

Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours before serving.
