Layered Lemon Cheesecake Recipe

2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup pecans, finely chopped

Second Layer:
2 - 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup whipping cream

Third Layer:
2 lemon pie pudding/pie fillings

Fourth Layer:
2 cups whipping cream
2 tbsps. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, butter and nuts together until crumbly. Press into 9" x 13" pan. Bake in 350 oven for 15 minutes. Cool.
Second layer: Beat cheese and icing sugar together well. Beat whipping cream until stiff. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread over cooled crust.
Third layer
Prepare lemon pie fillings according to directions on package. Cool, stirring often. Pour over cheese layer.
Fourth layer:
Beat cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff. Spread over lemon layer. Garnish with chopped pecans or slivered almonds. Makes 15 pieces.
