1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm box instant lemon pudding mix
¾ c. 7-Up
4 eggs
⅔ c. oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, 7-Up, eggs & oil. Mix well; pour into pan.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Invert onto a serving plate. Let cool completely.

2-4 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. lemon zest, opt.
Directions:

While the cake is baking, prepare glaze by mixing sugar & juice together. Gradually add milk; mix until a smooth consistency is reached.

Pour glaze over the top of the cake. Let glaze set, then slice & serve!
