3 slices of bacon, cut into 1" pieces
1lb Brussels Sprouts, trimmed; halved
1 medium sweet apple, cut into 1" chunks
½ c. unsweetened apple sauce
¼ tsp. kosher salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
1. PREHEAT large saute pan on medium 2-3 minutes. Add bacon; cook and stir 4-5 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon from pan.

2. INCREASE heat to medium-high. Add brussels sprouts and apples; cook 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until brussels sprouts are tender. Remove pan from heat. Stir in applesauce, salt, pepper, and bacon.
