1/2 c butter
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c chopped parsley
1 c chopped celery
1 c pecan halves
1 large navel orange, diced, skin and all
1 c stemmed and seeded green grapes
4 c crumbled cornbread or corn muffins
1/2 c orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onion, parsley, and celery until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients. Toss to blend. Stuff mixture lightly into goose. Sew or skewer opening. Roast goose as usual.

Makes enough for a 10 - 12 pound goose
