1 c sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c grated carrots
1/2 c chopped nuts
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add carrots, nuts, oil, and eggs and mix well. Place mixture in a greased or oiled loaf pan and bake 35 - 60 min at 350.
