8 oz. tub chive & onion cream cheese spread
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
4 Yukon gold potatoes (about 12)
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1 c. Colby & Jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes into " slices. Heat oven to 400.

Cook cream cheese spread, broth & milk in sauce pan on med. heat, stirring constantly with whisk until cream cheese is melted & mixture comes to a boil.

Layer: of the potatoes, onions & bacon in a 13 x 9 dish. Repeat layers (except or the bacon). Add cream cheese sauce.

Cover; bake for 1 hours or until potatoes are tender & top is golden brown.

Uncover & top with shredded cheese & remaining bacon. Bake for another 10 minutes.
