½ gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
8 oz. Cool-Whip, thawed

Add crushed cookies to ice cream. Mix well. Fold in Cool-Whip. Refreeze.

Aunt Rachel introduced us to this recipe many years ago. It's certainly one of our family favorites! Don't know of anyone that doesn't like it. It's made often between the end of April and the end of May for sure! A favorite birthday dessert choice...
