Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
c. evaporated milk
stick butter
c. white Karo syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients & cook on medium heat until it reaches the softball stage (234)

Remove from heat & pour over cake. (It will be thin, but will thicken as it cools.)
