1 # peeled shrimp
bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped (or 1 tsp. celery salt)
c. parsley
c. green onions, chopped
1 chicken bouillon cube
8 oz. pkg. medium egg noodles
bread crumbs
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil celery, onion, bell pepper & bouillon cube in 1 qt. water until tender.

Add shrimp, parsley & green onions; boil until shrimp is tender; approx 10-15 minutes. Drain--but reserve liquid.

Cook egg noodles until tender; drain. Add noodles to shrimp & vegetable mixture. Place in a casserole dish.
 

Sauce

1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
1/2 st. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Melt Velveeta, butter & soup on med-low heat. Pour this over the casserole mixture an stir well. If it is too dry, add some of the reserved liquid from boiling.

Top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 until lightly browned.
