1 lg. can Salmon
2 eggs
flour
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pick out the bone pieces from salmon. Beat eggs and add to salmon; add enough flour to make a good consistency for a patty. Shape into patties. (Dough will be sticky) Put some flour on a plate or in a shallow bowl; dip each patty into flour on both sides. (Like you would for fried chicken, etc.)

Fry in a small amount of oil until crispy and browned on both sides.

I used to fry some of these every time I would go visit PaPa when he was living in AL. He loves them! I would also fry some when Dad would go out of town for a meeting because he doesn't like them. Of course, I realize that all of my children don't like them either. :)
