3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 c. sugar
2 c. Self-Rising flour
1 st. butter, softened
¼ c. buttermilk
2 eggs
½ c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar & butter. Add eggs & buttermilk. Add mashed bananas. Mix well.

Add flour a little at a time; mix well. Stir in nuts.

Grease & flour 1 large loaf pan or 2 smaller pans. (I like a shorter loaf...more crusty edges)

Bake at 350º for 45 min-1 hour.
