¾ c. sugar
¾ c. milk
bread slices
butter

Directions:
In a shallow bowl, beat eggs; add milk & sugar. Mix well. Dip each bread slice into egg mixture.

Melt some butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Shake off the excess egg mixture from the bread, and place the bread slices onto the hot skillet. Fry the French toast until browned on one side, then flip and brown the other side. You may need to add a little extra butter when flipping.

Serve it just like it is or add some butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, powdered sugar or fresh fruit or preserves. The options are limitless! Enjoy!

WW version: Use low-cal bread, Swerve or Steevia in place of sugar and cooking spray in place of butter.

Personal Notes:
Rachel loved for me to make her some French toast when she was still living at home...AND still does! :)
