12 oz. Raisin Nut Bran cereal. (Approx. 6 cups)
3 c. sugar
5 c. All-Purpose flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, sugar, soda & salt. Add cereal; mixing well.

Add milk, oil & eggs. Blend well until moistened. DO NOT STIR AGAIN!

Mixture can be stored, covered, in a non-metal bowl in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.

Fill muffin tins ⅔ full. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
