3 # ground chuck
2-3 cans petite diced tomatoes
2 pkgs. chili mix
1-2 cans chili beans, undrained
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes
8 oz. can tomato paste

VARIATIONS:
Ranch Style beans instead of chili beans.
16 oz. taco sauce or salsa & 1 ½ tsp. chili powder instead of packaged chili mix.
Add a can of Mexican Style tomatoes for one of the cans of regular diced tomatoes...or both.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat & onion; drain. Return to pot an add remaining ingredients.

Cook on low heat for about 45 minutes.

Serve with shredded cheddar cheese on top. Great with corn chips or crackers!
