1 # ground chuck
1 pkg. taco seasoning
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 head lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, diced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 small bottle Catalina Dressing
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Red onion, chopped or in rings
Corn Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat; drain. Add sauce & seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes. Chill.

Toss with veggies and dressing. Top with cheese & crushed corn chips.
