1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. KNORR vegetable soup mix
8 oz. water chestnuts, drained & chopped
3 green onions, chopped

NOTE: 16 oz. plain lowfat yogurt can be substituted for sour cream)

Directions:

In medium bowl mix all ingredients together. Cover & hill for 2 hours to blend flavors.

Stir well. If desired, spoon into Hawaiian bread bowl that has been scooped out. Serve with Hawaiian bread/rolls or crackerss.
