1 large onion
2 cups milk (can also use 2 large eggs)
Canola, Veggie, or Olive oil for frying
1.5 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoons seasoned salt, along with extra for taste

Directions:
Directions:
1) Thinly slice onions into rings, place onions into bowl and add milk (or whisked eggs). Allow to soak for 1 hour minimum.
2) In a saucepan, heat oil up and test to see if ready,.
3) While oil is heating mix flour and seasoned salt in a separate bowl. Transfer onions from one bowl to the other, toss in flour mixture, shake off excess and fry in oil. Process can take anywhere from 2-3 minutes, and once completed transfer to a paper towel to drain of oil, and you may sprinkle with extra seasoned salt for taste
