4 bone-in porkchops
Cooked rice
2 cans tomato soup
1 can milk
1 each red and yellow pepper, sliced thin
1 medium onion, sliced
salt and pepper for seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. Mix tomato soup with milk and set aside.

2. Season chops with salt and pepper to taste and place in baking dish. Spread pepper and onion strips in pan -on top of and around chops- and cover with soup mixture.

3. Bake in oven for one hour. Serve over rice.
