1 16 oz container of strawberries sliced
3 Tbs seedless strawberry jam
1 cup heavy cream
2 Tbs and 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 8.8 oz container of mascarpone cheese
1/4 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Toss berries with jam.
Beat heavy cream and 2 Tbs of sugar until soft peaks form; reserve
On low speed, beat cheese , 1/4 cup water, almond extract and remaining sugar until smooth. Do not over beat.
Fold in whipped cream. Layer in glasses with strawberries.
