1 c. butter
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
2 pkgs. 3 oz cream cheese, softened
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
tsp. vanilla
1 c. cooked sweetened ground apricots or prunes (for the filling)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, cream cheese, and egg yolks. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture and blend. Stir in
vanilla. Chill at least 2 hours. Roll dough ⅛ inch thick and cut into 3 inch squares. In each center put 1 tsp. of filling and bring corners to the center. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Watch closely as they burn easily.
