One 15 oz box Raisin Bran Cereal
1 c melted butter
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten well
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. soda
3 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift and mix dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter. Pour and fill muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 minutes. Use toothpick test in the center.
NOTE: This batter will keep in the refrigerator up to 6 weeks, covered. It makes about 60 muffins. So make how ever many you wish at a time. Nice to have on hand.
