4 medium tart apples
cup orange juice
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. butter
Pie crust (lattice)

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook apples and orange juice about 5 minutes or until apples are almost tender. Do not overcook. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon together. Stir into apples and add 4 Tbsp butter. Stir together and pour into pie crust. Put lattice strips on top. Place pie on cookie sheet or pizza pan. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 35 minutes until done.
