1 package of chicken legs
1 package of chicken thighs
2 cups Cornflake crumbs
1 egg
½ cup milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a shallow dish or bowl, whisk together the egg and milk to make an egg wash.
2. Make cornflake crumbs by crushing Cornflakes between two sheets of waxed paper with a rolling pin. Or you can buy Cornflake crumbs.
3. Place crumbs in a large Ziplock bag.
4. Line a cookie sheet with foil.
5. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg wash, place it in the Ziplock bag with crumbs, and shake it up until the crumbs evenly coat the piece of chicken.
6. Place chicken on the foil-lined cookie sheet.
7. Repeat for each piece of chicken.
8. Bake for 50 minutes at 375º.
