2 lbs of ground chuck, 1 lb of ground pork, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 breadcrumbs, 3 eggs, 4 tbsp. Romano cheese, 4 tbsp. parsley, 2 tbsp.oregano, salt and pepper to taste

Mix all the above ingredients until thoroughly mixed. With an c cream scoop form balls and bake at 350 for 15 minutes then drop into pasta sauce.

My mom used to drop the raw meatballs into the sauce. Add cup of ricotta cheese for very moist meatballs
