Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1-2 cans Tyson chicken; drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
c. milk
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can Rotel
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1 c. Minute Rice, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, reserving 1 cup of cheese for top.

Pour into a 13 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle reserved cheese over top.

Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. The cheese should be lightly browned.


Great when served with corn, English peas & hot, buttered rolls!
