3-5 # chicken breasts, boneless
Oil, enough to sauté chicken & onion
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2-3 shredded carrots
1 onion, chopped
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
3 cans cream o mushroom soup
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice separately. Set aside.

Sauté chicken & regular onion together. Add green onions, broccoli, carrots and seasonings.

Lower heat; cover and cook until vegetables are tender crisp.

Add soup and enough water to make a gravy.

Serve over rice.
