1 pkg. elbow macaroni
2 egg yolks
1 sm onion, chopped
evaporated milk (diluted & )
1 # Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 sm. bell pepper, finely chopped
Satl & Pepper, to taste
Dried Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni; drain. Add of the cheese; mix well. Beat eggs & add to mixture. Add enough milk as needed to make it creamy and not too dry.

Add onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper & parsley. Mix well.

Place in a baking dish. Spread remaining cheese over top.

Bake at 350 until brown & bubbly.
