1# dried Pinto beans
1 lg. onion, diced
2 bacon slices
1 tsp. dried parsley
5 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Red Pepper, to taste


NOTE: You can use Bush's canned Pinto beans instead of dried.

Directions:
Directions:
Cover beans with water & soak overnight.

Drain off water and replace with fresh water. Add bacon & seasonings to pot.

Bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook until beans are tender.

If using canned beans, cook until the bacon is done and flavors mixed.
