Mocha Cakes - These are so good! I used to buy these at a wholesale bakery in Fredericton every year around Christmas. They were my sister's favorite. When you make them it's best to cut the cake into small pieces as they get big once rolled in the crushed peanuts. The sweet frosting and salty nuts are so yummy together.

I know an Irish family who also made these treats each year for St. Patrick's Day. The sweet frosting and salty crushed peanuts are an irresistible combination.
