1 c. Bob's Red Mill GF Cornbread Mix
1 c. goat's milk
1 stick dairy free butter (or c. Earth Balance)
2-3 eggs
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can cream style corn
med onion, chopped finely
chopped jalapenos + 3 Tbsp. liquid
4 oz. goat cheese crumbles

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Spray a 13 x 9 dish with olive oil or coconut spray.

Melt butter; add all other ingredients. Pour into dish.

Bake for 1 hour.
