5# chicken breasts, boneless

2 tsp. butter
Salt & Pepper, to taste
2 Value-sized pkgs. Mary B's frozen dumplings

Directions:
Boil chicken; remove from broth. Shred chicken using an electric mixer; set aside.

To the pot of broth add soups, cartons of broth, bouillon, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil.

Break frozen dumplings into small pieces (4-5 pieces per strip). Add these to the pot stirring occasionally to prevent them from sticking together.

Return to a boil; lower heat & simmer until the dumplings are tender--about 45 minutes -1 hour.

Return shredded chicken to pot. Simmer 10-15 minutes longer. If they seem too thick, add a little more water.
