½ c. Whipping Cream
8 oz. Good Quality Chocolate
¼ c. Champagne
2 tbs. hazelnut liqueur
1 c. coarse sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook cream over medium heat until steaming. Place chocolate in a bowl and pour cream over chocolate and stir. Add champagne and hazelnut liqueur and mix. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

2. After chocolate has set, shape into balls using small ice cream scoop. Roll each truffle in coarse sugar. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
