2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
6 oz. semisweet chocolate (mini chips work best if you can find them)
1 1/4 cups sugar
c brown sugar, packed
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup hot coffee
1 cup buttermilk
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. In bowl of large stand mixer, sift together dry ingredients.
3. Pour hot coffee over semisweet chocolate and stir till melted
4. Add oil, coffee/chocolate mixture and buttermilk and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Scrape sides of bowl.
5. Add eggs and vanilla and beat for 2 more minutes. Expect batter to be thin.
6. Pour into greased and floured 9″x13″ or 2 9″ round pans. Bake 9″ x 13″ for 45 minutes or 9″ rounds for 30 minutes, or until skewer inserted into center comes out dry.
7. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, the remove pans and place cakes on wire racks until completely cooled.
