1 1/2 stick margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
Bakers Choice mini chocolate chips (flavored is better then real)
Toppings (viennese crunch, cranberries, candy etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare toppings (crush the Viennese etc.)
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper, spread graham crackers onto cookie sheet.
Melt margarine and brown sugar in small pot, let it boil for 4-5 minutes until thickens, stirring constantly. Pour melted mixture over graham crackers and bake 5-10 minutes or until it starts bubbling in the oven.
Pour chocolate chips evenly over crackers. Wait a few seconds and then smear with rubber spatula.
Sprinkle on topping (ie: crushed Viennese crunch, nuts, cranberries). Let cool until chocolate hardens up a bit.
You can refrigerate or freeze to quicken the process, but this may cause condensation.
Keeps airtight at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, in fridge for up to a month, in the freezer up to 3 months.
