1 lb. Italian Sausage
1 Clove of Garlic, minced
1 tbsp.Basil
1 1/2 tsp.Salt
1 1-lb. can {2 cups} Tomatoes diced
2 6-oz. cans Tomato Paste

9 Lasagne Noodles
3 c. Ricotta Cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese grated
2 tbsp. Parsley flakes
2 beaten Eggs
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese sliced thinly or shredded

Brown meat .Cook completely until pink is gone. Drain grease. Crumble. Add next 5 ingredients. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles in salted water until tender, drain and rinse. Combine rest of ingredients except mozzarella cheese. Place half of noodles spread out in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.Spread half the ricotta cheese filling.Add half the Mozzarella cheese over that.Spread meat sauce over that. Repeat layers.
Bake at 375 Degrees about 30 minutes.Let it stand for 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Filling will set slightly.
Or assemble early: Refrigerate. Be sure to allow 15 minutes or longer in the oven.
