1 box refrigerated hashbrowns
1 small red onion, diced
1 can green chiles
½ c. cheddar cheese
2 eggs beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º and Grease muffin tin.

Make potatoes as directed. In a skillet cook onions. Mix the rest of the ingredients into the bowl of potatoes. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
