8 slices of bacon (can substitute ham chunks)
1 c. chopped white onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
3 potatoes, diced
1˝ c. water
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté bacon and onion together in a skillet. Drain grease and set aside. Boil the diced potatoes in water until tender. Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, and water together. Add to cooked potatoes. Add bacon, onion, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes. Makes about 4-5 bowls.

(I recommend making a double batch and freezing some for quick meals later)
