1½ c. Sugar
¾ c. firm packed Brown Sugar
½ c. Butter
½ c. Milk
2 tbs Corn Syrup
5 c. toasted pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Stir first 5 ingredients into a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir constantly 7-8 minutes or until 234º.
Remove from heat and stir in pecans. Spoon onto wax paper in an even layer. Let stand for 20 minutes until firm. Break into pieces.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Free in airtight or ziplock for one month.
