Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
c uncooked oatmeal
1 can water chestnuts finely chopped
1 tsp MSG
tsp onion salt
tsp garlic salt
1 T soy sauce
dash of hot sauce
1 egg
c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into small balls, using about 2 Tbs of the mixture for each ball. Place in a pan in the oven under BROIL until brown on all sides. Or you can bake at 375 for 20 minutes - or until done. Drain grease. Can Freeze.
