1 medium onion chopped and sauteed
8 oz. Pepper Jack cheese, cubed
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, drained well
2 oz. pimentos, drained
1 Cup milk
tsp.garlic powder
⅛ tsp salt
tsp pepper
1 Cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients, except the sour cream. Microwave on low heat, stirring often until the mixture is smooth. 7-10 minutes before serving, stir in the sour cream. Refrigerate any leftovers.
