8 oz. spaghetti noodles
3 eggs
¼ Cup Milk
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp pepper
2½ Cups spaghetti sauce (or one 23.5 oz jar)
2-3 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or a mixture of your favorite pizza-friend I cheeses)
3.5 oz package of sliced pepperoni (or any other favorite pizza topping)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the spaghetti noodles until al dente. Rinse immediately under cold water and drain. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add Parmesan cheese and seasoning. Toss in spaghetti noodles and transfer to a greased 9x13 pan (can us 2 8x8 pans if you want to freeze one for another night).

Pour the spaghetti sauce on top of noodles. Top with approximately half of the pepperoni. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of pepperoni and top with remaining pepperoni and/or other pizza toppings. Sprinkle with additional
parmesan cheese if desired.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Let stand 5 mins before cutting.
