4 cups cubed peeled potatoes
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 bouillon cubes
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped carrot
3/4 cup diced onions
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dill weed
4 cups milk
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine potatoes, chicken broth, celery, bouillon, carrot, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, dill weed and butter.
Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender (about 30 minutes)
Add 3 1/2 cups of milk, heat until hot.
Blend flour with 1/2 cup of milk stirring until smooth.
Stir into soup, cook, stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly.
