Chopped sun-dried tomatoes
A few smashed capers
Fresh rosemary or thyme or both
Chopped Kalamata Olives
Olive oil and Salt and Pepper
Chopped roasted walnuts (or pine nuts)
Balsamic reduction glaze
Round of Brie

Directions:
Directions:
You can wing it with this recipe. Add whatever you have in your kitchen. You can also throw in some garlic or shallots. Mix it all together and press onto top of round of Brie. It's great heated and served with cracker. After it's been heated drizzle the Balsamic reduction. If you have left overs, try throwing them in a frittata or scrambled eggs.

If you don't have balsamic reduction no problem. Throw a 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar in a pot and make your own. Easy Peasy
