3-4 lb. roast beef
12 oz. Coke Zero
cup dark brown sugar
cup Heinz chili sauce
cup ketchup
pkg. dry onion soup mix
4-5 new red potatoes
1.5-2 cups baby carrots

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker or crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

This melt-in-your-mouth recipe will become a family favorite as it has for us.

We've experimented with a number of graves for this recipe and found the winner to be FRANCO-AMERICAN Mushroom Gravy made with fresh mushrooms. Use the 10 oz fl (284 mL) can so it will be ready to cover your meat and potatoes when you need it!
